Uptime monitoring and status page

Know it’s down before your customers do.

Uptime, cron job, SSL and domain checks that alert the right person, escalate when nobody answers, and keep customers informed on your status page. Quanta can even call you and read the alert aloud.

Uptime monitoring in Rectify Public API is down. Quanta calls you.30 days of checks at a glanceCron jobs check in too

Your checkout goes down at 3am. You find out at 9, from an angry email.

Rectify finds out in a minute, and wakes the right person.

01

Five ways to check.

HTTP with custom headers, body, status codes, keyword rules and assertions on the body, headers or response time. TCP ports, ping and DNS records. Heartbeats for cron jobs and background tasks: each job pings a URL, and silence raises the alarm. Mark a monitor degraded when it’s slow rather than down.

Alerts that reach the right person.

Email, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, webhooks, PagerDuty, push, SMS, and a phone call where Quanta reads the alert aloud. Choose which events reach each channel, escalate step by step when nobody answers, and set quiet hours.

Add an alert channel: email, Slack, Discord, webhook, phone call, SMS, push, Teams or PagerDuty
03

Incidents, explained.

Incidents open on their own, with a severity and an Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, Resolved timeline. Explain with Quanta reads the check history and drafts the update for you. Maintenance windows pause checks and alerts, and tell subscribers in advance.

A status page your customers trust.

Part of your portal, on your own domain: an overall status banner, live incidents with updates, daily uptime bars and response times per monitor, past incidents and planned maintenance. Visitors subscribe by email.

Don’t click through it. Just ask.

Ask in plain English and Quanta does the work. Anything that changes your data waits for a person to approve it.

Is anything down right now?

Checkout has been down for 4 minutes: three failed checks, DNS not resolving. I’ve opened an incident and paged the on-call.
